Roll the cursor over my painting, Summer Dream, for a closer look at my technique. This painting was done on
commission. As you can see, a girl is reading poetry under a tree to a friend on a warm summer day. With my
brush strokes, I tried to capture the shimmering golden light on her hair against the green background, as well
as the spiritual expression on her face. The detail shows this to best advantage. -Setsuko Lazare
